- Order status is available through your email order confirmation
- All products are satisfaction guaranteed
- Create-a-Skate orders are not eligible for return OR exchange. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us or your skating facility for assistance.
- Any problems with an order or questions of any kind, please call us Monday-Friday (9a-5p EST) at 1.800.521.0185 or email to info@midwestskate.com
- All orders are usually processed within 48 business hours. There is no movement on weekends or holidays.
- We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping charges are based on shipment weight and travel distance.
Call or email if you would like to use our FedEx or USPS options. We will adjust your order accordingly and contact you with the adjusted total. We will be happy to try and help you keep your shipping costs down if possible.
- Occasionally there will be additional shipping charges for oversize packaging or special handling. When this happens, we will first contact you for authorization and adjust your final total accordingly.
- If you require a shipping method other than UPS, please place your order as UPS Ground but contact us immediately to request a change. We will adjust the order and contact you with the corrected total.
