Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of the original ship date. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning. Items returned without authorization will be refused.
Merchandise cannot be used; any signs of wear or use will result in no refund and return of item at your expense.
Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and bear no markings of any kind so it is suitable for resale. To achieve this requirement, you will need to wrap in shipping paper or place into an outer shipping carton or shipping envelope.
Merchandise that does not meet the original packaging requirement will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee that will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred on returns or exchanges.
Custom orders or Create-A-Skate sales are not eligible for return OR exchange
